Hello everyone,

I’d like to propose a feature that I believe would be highly beneficial for many users: the implementation of an "Save Incremental" function, similar to what programs like Blender offer.

Save
Save As...
Save As Package...
> Save incremental

The concept is simple yet highly effective: each time a file is saved, instead of overwriting the existing file, a new version with an incremental number is automatically created in the same folder as the original file (e.g., "project_v001.afdesign", "project_v002.afdesign", etc.). This allows users to maintain a record of previous versions without having to do so manually, saving time and adding an extra layer of security to prevent loss of work due to errors or unwanted changes.

In my experience, this type of incremental saving is invaluable in projects that evolve rapidly or involve exploring different approaches. It makes it easy to revert to previous versions and keeps a clear history of the project’s progress.

Thank you very much for your attention and for continuously improving these excellent tools.
