letsgo Posted August 10, 2024 Posted August 10, 2024 Hi All, In Affinity Publisher I have a 10 pages document, that has Master Page with page number elements at the bottom of each page. When I Data Merge this 10 page document with, for example with 10 records, I wanted the page numbers to be 1 to 10, for each record and restart again 10 times. However, Affinity Publisher just sets the page numbers to be 1 to 10 (first record), then 11 to 20 for the second record and so on with page 100 for the last record generated. I've tried playing with the Section Manager, before the merge with the intended effect of having pages numbers restart at 1 after the 10 pages but can't seem to figure out how to configure it this way. I hoping somebody has some ideas about solving this issue. Quote
Old Bruce Posted August 10, 2024 Posted August 10, 2024 Welcome to the forums @letsgo, Instead of using Publisher's page numbers set your CSV file to include a "page number" for each record, 1 through 10. Include this where the Publisher Page Number would be. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
