Hi there!

Maybe i am doing something wrong, but i couldn't find any information about it.

I am working on a Comic and have multiple artboards (over 40) in one file in Designer 2.

When i batch export all, or even just export one page, it doesn't export the original file, but just the low resolution preview (but with the same pixel amount, just a blurry image) i see on my screen. So it is completely useless.

The moment i go back into Designer Persona, go into the artboard (it automatically renders the page for preview in a better resolution on screen), the export adapts and gives me a high res output. This is not possible in Export persona since it doesn't update the previews. So the only method of exporting my Pages is the old way and export every single artboard when i am in Designer Persona.

Second problem: Even if Export Persona would work, i couldn't find a method to determine size options once, which then apply to all 40 artboards. Is there a way to do that?

Best regards,

Erik

Welcome to the Affinity forums, Erik.

Are you drawing directly on your Artboards, or are you using Placed and Linked images on them?

What OS and what release of Designer are you using?

Where are the images located, and how long did you wait after you Opened the file before you tried to Export?

Hello again,

i have linked about 30 Designer Documents on each Artbboard. So each page (of these 30) are seperate Designer documents. I use Win 10 with the latest Version 2.5.3

The Documents in the Artboards are all located on my local hard drive in one folder together with the "master" file.

I exported it after i did some work once, i guess after an hour i tried to export it. Same result as opening it right before.

I assume the problem stems from the fact that i have too many big Documents linked in this one file?

Best regards,

Erik
