Hi @aji,

This is not new to the Beta, it happens in v2.5.3 as well...

It seems to happen when the corner radius matches the line length in either the X or Y axis, e.g., if the X axis line is 80 mm and the corner radius is also 80 mm, then the line cap is truncated. On the Y axis, it becomes deformed rather than truncated...

Change the corner radius from 80 mm to 79.8 mm and all works as expected though I would consider this a bug which may already be logged...

This expand stroke failure on curve caps when using the corner tool is logged with the developers, i've bumped the issue with your report.
