Hi guys,

I just found out that the Affinity products on MacOS can use the Spotlight(?) search function to find "all" functions within Photo, Designer and Publisher.
Is this a truly MacOS exclusive option or has Affinity also implemented this search function on Windows?

I have the feeling that such a search function could be extremely helpful on Windows.
(If this function already exists on Windows, I apologize for my ignorance, and would ask you to "show" me where and how I can find this search function in Affinity products).

It is a macOS function implemented as part of the Help menu, not by the Affinity applications. Windows doesn't provide an equivalent function, so it's not available to anyone on Windows.

Hmmm, well, that's a real bummer.

Does anyone know if Serif plans to implement such a search function in the future?

I'd say probably not. As Walt posted, it is a Mac function, not an Affinity. So MS Windows would need to design and make it so apps use it.

And presumably it would not be limited to the Affinity apps but work with other apps as well, like it does with Macs.
