Problems with afphoto v.2 and my new Apple Pencil

I have been having issues with my Apple Pencil and AF Photo v2.  When I draw I get lines crossing the page and sometimes weird scribbles.

I wrote in recently and cannot find the response telling me how to post a video and screen capture and all the basic questions you asked me. I will include a screen shot of the latest attempt to draw-sometimes just touching my pencil down like a dot created a full scribble.
