Mike Swartzbeck Posted August 8, 2024 Posted August 8, 2024 Basically, what it says in the subject. I go to "Resize" my image, and if I interact with the controls/menu AT ALL, IN THE SLIGHTEST BIT, Photo 2 instantly craps its pants and sends me back to the IOS home screen. On the occasions where I can get far enough to where I can reset the resolution, it serves up the keypad, I can enter the resolution I want, tap OK, go back to the Photo 2 home screen, "Save" the file, re-open it, check the size, and — it's STILL 150dpi, after I explicitly tapped in "300" in the dialog keypad, then went out and SAVED the freakin' thing. I may have posted about this before, earlier this year, during the PREVIOUS rev of Photo 2. Will this ever be fixed? I'm really liking Photo quite well, but it's STILL so flawed and busted in SO many ways. Quote

This bug was confirmed as fixed by our team in the update 2.4.0 which was released in February of this year, your title mentions using 2.3.1 - which was released in January. Please update to the latest version (2.5.4) of the Affinity app to resolve this crashing behaviour, as our team always recommends using the latest update available. You can find out how to update Affinity on iPad here - https://affinity.serif.com/en-gb/learn/how-do-i-install-affinity-updates/#:~:text=updating affinity apps on ipad I hope this helps! Quote

Well, I'll be dipped; is my face ever red. And I'm on the lists, too; don't know how I missed that one. Welp, better late than never. Done... and done. Thanks! Dan C 1 Quote
