Publisher has some extraneous Shortcuts listed in Settings on macOS (but not on Windows)

Publisher on macOS has a section of Shortcuts for Studio: 

These are extraneous, and probably holdovers from V1.

In V2, these shortcuts are more appropriate as part of Window, and are also included there: 

This is minor, but I think it should be fixed as it is inconsistent with the application on Windows. 

(I also think it's been mentioned before, but I can't find it.)

Can you clarify something, please?

In the earlier discussion linked above we mentioned some other missing functionality (specifically in Publisher, but some of it affects the other apps, too).

For example, the ability to set shortcuts for the various Studio Presets, which exists on Windows but not on macOS. You say you linked the previous thread in the bug report, but does it specifically mention those missing items, too?
