If the Tempo option is activated in the dynamic settings for a size dynamic, 
the brush stroke does not start with the smallest value as expected. 
At low speed, the brush tip initially becomes smaller and only then follows the tempo setting. 
The initialization must be done at the beginning of the brush stroke on the smallest brush tip and then 
follow the (slightly averaged) tempo. Reversed tempo is also affected. 
A screen recording shows the behavior and the brush stroke.
