Affinity Photo on macbook late 2008 (5,1) Core 2 Duo, 8go ram, SSD

Hi everyone, 

I have to buy a new mac but i m waiting the 2016 version.

i have a 2008 macbook with the follwing spec : 

- Core 2 Duo

- 8go ram 1067 Mhz

- DD 120go 5200 t/m

 

I want to know that if i put a SSD Sata III on the mac (http://www.macway.com/fr/product/30144/samsung-disque-ssd-serie-850-evo-250-go-25-sata-iii.html), will Affinity Photo and Affinity designer work good ?

That should work fine I would advise double checking your Mac is compatible with the rest of our system requirements found here!

Hello Alex.   I have an 2008 mac mini, 4,1 with 16 GB's RAM.   Affinity Photo will be fine.   I also have the MacBook pro 4,1, with a mere 6 GB's of RAM...   You will be fine.
