Floating Window Pins To Application

I have my toolbar undocked.

Windows 10 won't let me duplicate my screen to my pen tablet.  It only can 'expand' the desktop.
So to have AD2 on either or screen I have to move it.  I use the Windows + arrow keys for that.  When I move AD2 the toolbar doesn't come with it.  It stays where it is.

Could we get a setting that when enabled will pin all floating windows to the main program area please.  So they can't leave the bounds of the program.  So when you move or resize it the floating windows go with it, keeping their aspect ratio.
