henryanthony Posted August 6, 2024 Posted August 6, 2024 I really like this. FWIW, reminds me of Inuit art. Well Done! As far as execution, the background looks to have a lot of dust, dirt, noise or something. Also seems to have some attempt at creating a bit of a 3D look around the edges which detract, in my opinion. Bah is Life 1 Quote Affinity Photo and Design V1. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. jmwellborn Posted August 6, 2024 Posted August 6, 2024 The title is “In the Beginning”. Perhaps that is the residue from The Big Bang.🫣 Komatös and Bah is Life 2 Quote 24" iMAC Apple M1 chip, 8-core CPU, 8-core GPU, 16 GB unified memory, 1 TB SSD storage, Ventura 13.6.7. I had not heard of Inuit art before but now I have something new to explore, thanks again. I put dirty old paper texture layers and some grain textures in the background. Yeah, I was trying out the FX tab to see what I can come up with, I mostly played with inner and outer shadows. Quote

Komatös Posted August 8, 2024 Posted August 8, 2024 This is a cool motif and would make a great painting for a surf or stand-up paddle board. I know I'm an art philistine because I want to trample art underfoot. 🤣 Bah is Life and riaria 2 Quote MAC mini M4 | MacOS Sequoia 15.2 | 16 GB RAM | 256 GB SSD AMD Ryzen 7 5700X | INTEL Arc A770 LE 16 GB | 32 GB DDR4 3200MHz | Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (26100.2605) Affinity Suite V 2.5.7 & Beta 2.6 (latest) Interested in a free (selfhosted) PDF Solution? Emory Posted August 8, 2024 Posted August 8, 2024 Wow, I really like this! It reminds me of something you can see in museums in the 20th century art section:) I like the composition and the color scheme you choose, you really have a vision, good luck with your future projects! riaria 1 Quote

It reminds me of a mix between Picasso's paintings and vibrant graffiti. The colors evoke something distinctly African, capturing the power of life and the warmth of the sun. I love it!🥰 Komatös, Emory and Bah is Life 3 Quote
