rodAD
Hi, So I am creating a couple of logos, and my question is how to make the background transparent or inexistent? what i mean is the logo i create is being created with a background so if i use the logo in a poster that has a background i want the logo to fit and and not be a white square with the logo in it, if that makes any sense? thank you
Staff MEB Posted June 25, 2016 Staff Share Posted June 25, 2016 Hi roAD, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) The canvas color in Designer isn't necessarily included in an exported file. There's ways to export your work without including the background colour. For more information on this please check the Exporting video tutorials in section 10. Saving, exporting and sharing on this thread. If you want to set the canvas transparent in an existing document go to menu File ▸ Document Setup..., Colour tab then check Transparent background. You can also set this property when creating a New Document checking the Transparent background box in the Colour section.
