Magic Pete Posted August 5, 2024 Posted August 5, 2024 I've used V1 for several years but only in a very limited way to suit my needs. At the moment I am opening a bit of clip art with a transparent background. I now add a new Layer. In the past I have been used to seeing the Layers Panel in the right hand section. Despite much trying I cannot find how to get the Layers Panel to show - it all used to be so easy. Can anyone help please? ('Scuse me mentioning this, but I'm age 90 and not as sharp as I used to be😀) Many thanks. Pete Quote
Alfred Posted August 5, 2024 Posted August 5, 2024 I presume you’re (still) on Windows, but I don’t think this side of things is any different on Mac. If you can’t see any Studio panels, try pressing the Tab key on your keyboard. Otherwise, use the menu options which are on the View menu in version 1 but were moved to the Window menu for version 2: there are toggles for the individual panels (Assets, Colour, Stroke, Layers, Transform, etc) and there’s a Studio submenu with Show/Hide options plus a Reset Studio command. Magic Pete Posted August 6, 2024 Author Posted August 6, 2024 Many thanks, problem solved. I had got as far as the Windows menu and saw that Layers was ticked but after that . . . Thanks again. I'm sure I will have other queries as I progress. (Why do this at my age??) Pete😄 Alfred 1 Quote
