Diese Anleitung wollte ich aufzeichnen aber funktioniert nicht" Wollte ein Makro erstellen und zwar Bildschärfen überkopieren, eben kopieren (STRG + I), strahlendes Licht, dann die oberen Ebenen gruppieren. Dann die vereinte obere Ebene, also die kopierte Ebene, ineinander kopieren. Gruppe anzeigen durch den seitlichen Pfeil an der rechten Seite der oberen Ebene. In die erste Ebene der Gruppe gehen und mit dem Gaußschen Weichzeichner nachschärfen." Falls du weitere Hilfe benötigst oder Fragen hast, lass es mich wissen!

It would help to see a screenshot of the complete application window, with the Layers panel and the relevant layers visible. And it would help to have a screenshot showing exactly how it didn't work. Probably some error message, but which one? In any case, the exact layer structure is very important, and something that is tricky to handle in macros. 

I can't help, but someone should be able to.

I am confused about your statement that you want to Copy (Strg+I) as I would have expected Cmd or Ctrl+C for copy, but perhaps you've changed the shortcuts. Or perhaps I've mistranslated your message :)
