Not sure if its a bug or a hidden feature, after 20 years of using MAC this is the first program that will not allow me to escape and / or resize the window. You see my other programs, Capture One and PS resize just fine, when trying the same with AP, I am now stuck with a black winnow, cannot escape, reset to factory or change view. I restarted the program, rebooted etc etc etc.  Can't have this when I am suppose to rely on AP for my job!

To reset to factory settings, hold down the Control key while you restart the app. Continue to hold it down until the ‘Clear User Data’ dialog appears, make your choices about what should be cleared and what (if anything) should be left as is, and then press the ‘Clear’ button.

"Didn't work" as in:

  • Didn't give you the Clear User Data dialog, or
  • you got the dialog but Clearing didn't help?
