MikeTO Posted August 2, 2024 Author Posted August 2, 2024 Also, under "To manage grid presets", it describes setting and clearing the default preset but not actually managing the grid presets. It also skipped over rename and replace preset so perhaps this wasn't completely finished. FYI the term "Panel Preferences menu" is used only for the menu attached to the upper-right corner of each panel group and not for a popup menu control inside a dialog or window. Affinity generally uses the term "options menu" for these controls. I would have suggested that term but I forgot that's what Affinity used until I looked at it again just now. I've corrected my post above. I was trying to report that the term "panel preferences menu" was misused for this control which isn't a panel preferences menu. You'll find other options menus like this one in the TOC panel (beside TOC Style and beside each style name), the Preflight. panel (beside the Profile list), Insert Cross-Reference dialog (beside the Preset popup list), Text Styles panel (beside each style), Table Formats, States, and several others in the other apps. Help refers to all of them as the "options menu" although in one case it refers to it as the "preset actions menu" which is inconsistent.
