Bololoco Posted July 30, 2024 Posted July 30, 2024 I am coming up with some interesting effects, which I often save into groups for convenience. I know that I can copy these groups between different projects if I have each project opened up in seperate tabs withihn AP2 but would like to know if I can just save the groups as a preset in order to recall them whenever I like, without having to find the particular project and open it. GarryP Posted July 30, 2024 Posted July 30, 2024 (edited) You can put the Adjustment Layers into a Group and then add the Group to your Assets. Then, when you want to use the Asset you can just drag it onto the canvas (and Ungroup the layers if necessary). Edited July 30, 2024 by GarryP Added clarification. Old Bruce 1 Quote

Alternatively you could make a Template file containing all the useful groups of adjustments. Then you open that Template by using New... and choose from the Templates section and do the copy paste. But yes, Assets may serve you better if you use these Groups a lot. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Do you know if the known logged issues with Adjustments as Assets were fixed meanwhile? I don't see a note of the SerifInfoBot in threads like this: Quote • MacBookPro Retina 15" | macOS 10.14.6 | Eizo 27" | Affinity V1 • iPad 10.Gen. | iOS 18.5. | Affinity V2.6

I don’t know if any of those issues have been fixed. (I hardly ever use Assets so I only remember that there are problems now that you mention them.) Quote
