Previously I used Illustrator. Sometimes I need to print lot of stickers. In this case I followed a setup guidline from my vendor which is Illustrator based. Then I do the design by maintaining vendor requirements/guidelines and send the design to my vendor. Vendor print it and deliver to my address. I actually need to know the best way to do the same thing in Affinity designer. I have attached there guide line for Illustrator user. Hope I will get the solution soon. Thanks

The process is very similar to Illustrator, hopefully, this helps show the process visually but if anything doesn't make sense feel free to ask any questions...
