How to apply texture on my vector design?

I would like to learn how to apply at texture on my vector design as in the example below. Especially I am hoping to create my own pixel layer and play with brushes and then use the resulting pixel layer as a texture. I’ve seen some grunge effect tutorial online using vector grunge texture but that’s not what I’m after. Could not find what I need (maybe wrong keyword search).

Pleas help provide pointers?

Hi @andmocychmen,

There's a few way to do this.  This one is great video tutorial and while its for Desktop, you can easily apply the same workflow on iPad.

Another method, just switch to the Pixel Persona, add a Pixel Layer and make some strokes on the layer with one of the brushes, then clip that Pixel Layer to the Vector layer and play around with the Layer Blend modes on the Pixel Layer till you find the effect you like.
