Unable to update to new version of Designer

Started to update from Apple Store but then indicated an error occurred. Designer shows it is being updated in Finder File List (shows progress bar) but nothing going on. Can't launch. Running OS10 Mavericks.

Hi lsigler,

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

Open the App Store app then go to menu Store ▸ Check for Unfinished Downloads.

If this doesn't solve the issue drag Affinity Designer from the Applications folder to the Trash then install it again from the Purchased tab of the App Store app.
