resinolo
When I import an EPS file with several grouped images on it, then I can't choose a single image. In Illustrator it works without a problem. How can I fix that problem? Thank you for your help. Attached you will find a file as an example. 1619829.eps
Staff Leigh Posted June 15, 2016 Staff Share Posted June 15, 2016 Welcome to the forum resinolo :D The file looks OK in Illustrator because the .eps file contains an embedded Illustrator version of the design. If you load the eps file into another app it will look the same as when opened in Affinity. The Illustrator file format is private to Illustrator so we can only read the .eps data from the file. resinolo
Thank you for your answer. So I have to use SVG. Is that the same qualitiy?
Staff Leigh Posted July 7, 2016 Staff Share Posted July 7, 2016 Sorry for not replying sooner resinolo  No need to use SVG. There are three layers that are covering the entire page and these layers are stopping you from editing the file. If you double click on the brown background to select it you will be able to delete the layer. You will need to do this three times :)
