@PierMax,

I can see you've also posted this in a separate thread, where I have requested further information in order to assist with your report:

In the future, please don't create duplicate threads, but instead reply in the original thread.

Unfortunately I'm not certain what you mean by this, or how it relates to the above report - is this related to your not responding behaviour in Designer?

Please open Affinity Designer 2 and navigate to Edit > Settings > Performance and provide a screenshot of your settings here for me, this will allow me to assist further.

Many thanks in advance!

I'm not certain which other post you are referring to, the only other thread you've posted regarding this issue is the one I've included in my above reply and this contains no further specifics.

I cannot see any screenshot attached to your last post, can you please open Affinity Designer 2 and navigate to Edit > Settings > Performance and provide a screenshot of your settings here for me?

The details you've provided above regarding your system do not help me with the issue you're reporting, I didn't request your PC specs - I need to know your specific settings within Affinity currently in order to advise.

Can you please provide a screenshot of the Performance dialog that I've requested? Without this I cannot assist further.

Many thanks for providing this - the 'Not Responding' behaviour you've shown in your screenshot usually indicates a communication error with your Graphics device (GPU) and the Affinity app, most commonly caused by outdated GPU drivers.

Please visit the manufactures link below to download the latest driver available for your system -
- Nvidiahttps://www.nvidia.com/drivers

Once downloaded and installed, please restart your computer and then launch the Affinity app and try editing your documents again.

Should the app continue to enter 'Not Responding', please try disabling Hardware Acceleration in the Performance dialog, then restart the app once more.

I hope this helps!

Hello, I have done the update and the problem continued, I deactivated the program acceleration box and it still persists.

All of your screenshots in this thread show that the option is still enabled currently:

Please ensure this option is unticked, then restart the Affinity app as prompted and try editing your documents once again.
