studio panels don't honor set size, resizing when switching to another panel

panels set to certain size and saved as studio preset in publisher automatically shrink / expand when switching to other panels, disregarding user preference, which makes constant necessity to resize them a huge chore.

Is it possible to post a screen recording showing this issue as I have not been able to replicate this on my Mac.
