Dashed line is different when exported to PDF

Problem description: Dashed outline is different when exported to PDF
Application: Designer 2.5.2
Platform: Windows 10
Reproducable: Yes, from new document
HW Acceleration: OFF, (ON = not supported)

Reproduce:

1. Create a white circle (ellipse toool) with black outline for instance, 4mm diameter, outline 0.6mm
2. Set outline style to dashed, dash length parameters: 2,2,0,0,0,0
   
3. Export to PDF
4. Result:
   

It happens on other outline settings too.

This is a known issue with balanced dash patterns currently logged with the developers, i've bumped the existing issue with your report.
