Add-ons will disapear after restarting the apps

im 50% sale habe ich mir drei neue Brushpacks gekauft, die ich aber in den iPad Apps nicht nutzen kann. Sie lassen sich installieren (über Konto > meine Add-ons aus der App heraus) und auch benutzen aber nach dem Schliessen und wieder Öffnen der Apps, sind sie nicht mehr da. Das Problem besteht nur auf meinem iPad (iPad Air, 5.gen iPadOS 17.5.1). Die bisherigen Brushes liefen problemlos. Allerdings habe ich alle drei Apps zur Sicherheit neu installiert und nun lässt sich keines der Addons mehr dauerhaft installieren. Es wird ein Fehler angezeigt "Fehler beim Speichern der Änderungen an diesem Inhalt" im Pinselmodul.
Wenn ich die gleichen Pinselpakete auf meinem PC (Windows 10) umbenne und exportiere und dann auf dem iPad installiere, funktionieren sie auch. Interessanterweise wird das Paket nach einem Neustart der App dann auch mit dem original Namen angezeigt.  Eleni Debo Illustration Brush Pack, Grave Etcher Brush Pack und Neptune Illustration Kit by Frankentoon.
Ich ahbe die Pinselpakete auch einmal manuell geladen und versucht zu installieren, das geht aber gar nicht.
Mitgelieferte oder selber erstellte Pinsel lassen sich problemlos exportieren und importieren.

I bought three new brush packs in the 50% sale, but I can't use them in the iPad apps. They can be installed (via Account > My add-ons from the app) and used, but after closing and reopening the apps, they are no longer there. The problem only exists on my iPad (iPad Air, 5.gen iPadOS 17.5.1). The previous brushes worked without any problems. However, I have reinstalled all three apps to be on the safe side and now none of the add-ons can be installed permanently. If I rename and export the same brush packages on my PC (Windows 10) and then install them on the iPad, they also work. It's not something I can reproduce on our iPads with any of the store content. Can you provide a screenshot of the error you get so I have a reference?

The apps do use a shared location for content available in all three apps. When you reinstalled, did you fully uninstall the app from iPadOS, restart your device and then login to the App Store and download each app again?

Now it works at least with the testet brush pack and across all three apps. I will install the rest of my add-ons and see how it behaves. Maybe it was really the restart after uninstalling, which I probably didn't do. I'll let you know if everything worked or if not. Many thanks so far!

Unfortunately, I can't give the all-clear. At first everything looked fine, I installed all the add-ons (the brush packages) and it worked. In Designer, also with Pixelpersona, and with Photo. I was looking forward to it, but then I opened Publisher again and it crashed. There was an error message like on my screenshot and now all! brushes have disappeared again except for the Eleni Pack, which persists in all three apps without any errors. Whether the problem is the publisher or the multiple switching back and forth, all add-ons are gone again. I can reinstall them and use them, but they disappear again. Back to the beginning.

I have uninstalled the Publisher App and after a few more problems all add-ons are now installed again and working in Photo and Designer. Apparently using the brushes in Publisher under Designer and Photo Persona caused the problem. 
I don't want to do the counter-test at the moment and reinstall Publisher, which has already cost me the whole day. But maybe it can be reproduced this way. Otherwise I'll try it again at the weekend and maybe make a video of it.

I haven't had any problems with the brushes since I removed the Publisher app. Now that version 2.5.3 has arrived, I updated the existing apps yesterday and then reinstalled the Publisher. I can't say whether it was fixed by the new version or whether it was simply a problem with my device, but now everything works again and the brushes no longer disappear.
Case closed.
