Publisher on iPad - column text question

I have a mutipage document - two columns per page. I want the text for each column to go to the bottom of the column regardless of orphans, widows etc and can’t seem to get this done. The attached files show examples of what I’m talking about.

 

Aws you can see the left column has a couple of empty lines and the text at the top of the second column should fit just fine but is pushed to the top of the next column. Even if it means widows, etc.i want the text to fill the entire column.

The attachents show the various things I’ve tried and what I get when those options are selected.

Edit the text style or select all the text and then change Flow Options > Change Keep With Next Lines from 1 to 0. That should solve the issue.
