maxiiii Posted June 17, 2024 Posted June 17, 2024 I tried affinity designer, everything is great, but can we have multiple column of UI panel? now all panel all stack together. multi column UI panel allow me to set a UI panel (say layer panel) largest and take up one whole column, while those not used that often dock at a secondary column Quote
walt.farrell Posted June 18, 2024 Posted June 18, 2024 Welcome to the Affinity forums. In case you haven't discovered it yet, you can separate the panels already; just drag their tabs free from their current location. However, on a Mac you can't have more than one column that is docked to the left nor more than one column docked to the right. The others will be free-floating. Help: https://affinity.help/designer2/en-US.lproj/pages/Workspace/customizingWorkspace.html That may get you closer to what you want. A free-floating panel isn't the same as docking, and having only one column for each side isn't unobtrusive enough for some users' workflows. Quote
