Are you asking about the keyboard shortcut for the Affinity Photo Clone Brush tool, or something else? But just guessing, if you mean the ⌥ symbol that appears in some menus & Mac documentation, it is the symbol representing the Option (Alt) key on the keyboard. Depending on the keyboard it may be identified as ⌥ or alt or option or a combination of the symbol plus one of the other two. You have to press it and click on canvas/image layer to set the source (area) for the Clone Brush Tool.
