MikeTO
Do you ever use a second screen, or use a laptop and detach it from an external monitor? This can happen sometimes when switching between screens. The best way to fix an issue like this is to load a previously-saved studio preset (you can save your favourite combination of studio panel setups). If you haven't saved a preset, you can choose Reset Studio which will fix it but note that this will restore all the panels to their default state.
