It really sucks to have to enter numbers manually, especially if you have to go back and edit to add in an extra item and then you need to re-number everything. Unlike Publisher, Designer does not seem to have any pre-defined text styles for using them, but you can create your own. No matter whether I insert them using modifier key or from bullet points menu they come out as a cross-like image. Strange. Anyone know about this? Thanks Go to the Paragraph panel (or the Text Styles if you are using a Paragraph Style) and look for this ... in the Bullets and Numbering section. Highlight the bullet or Cross and click on the ellipsis.
