Please also check that there are no errors in address and that it matches exactly the address registered to your billing method. We have heard that even very small errors ,such as an extra space, can cause an order to fail. If you still have issues, please email us on affinityorders@serif.com Quote
krtoleen Posted June 11, 2024 Posted June 11, 2024 Hello, I would like to add I've been experiencing the same issue since this morning, and I've tried on multiple different browsers (on iPad and Desktop) and it still doesn't let me finish the transaction. Once I enter in the address and click "use the address" it all becomes grey and the Payment details panel doesn't even expand. I've even tried setting a different address, to one that's in the US since I thought maybe the issue was that I'm from outside the US. But it still won't budge. Thanks in advance for the help! Quote
