Einfügen von Fotos klappt nicht

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe das Problem, dass ich in Publisher keine Fotos aus der Fotomediathek mehr einfügen kann. Kleine Bilder/Fotos funktionieren, z.B. ein QRcode PNG mit 27kb kann ich platzieren. Sobald ich aber ein Foto (egal ob jpg oder heiff) auswähle, wird dieses zwar ausgewählt - aber nich platziert.

Das komische ist, dass es in den Dokumenten auf Seite 1 und 2 funktioniert. Auf den anderen Seiten tritt dann das Problem auf.

It works OK for me, though it is odd.

1. I select the Photo, and tap Add, and the Files dialog goes away.
2. There is no indication that I can see that I'm Placing an image, but I can tap the page or draw a rectangle with my finger or the Apple Pencil and the image is placed there.

It seems odd that there is no message or other visible indication that it's waiting for me to do something.

This also works for some pictures as you have described. On another page, I can no longer insert the photo for reasons I don't understand.

Can you provide details of your iPad, your iPadOS release, and your Publisher release?

Können Sie mir bitte sagen, ob Sie versucht haben, das iPad neu zu starten, um Speicherprobleme usw. auszuschließen? Können Sie mir bitte auch sagen, ob Sie in diesem Fall ein Bild aus „Fotos“ direkt in die App ziehen und dort ablegen können? Wenn Sie ein Bild auswählen und dann ein paar Minuten warten, ohne Eingaben zu machen, wird das Bild dann richtig platziert? Ich frage mich, ob das Bild möglicherweise auf einem Cloud-Laufwerk gespeichert ist und es eine Weile dauert, bis die App das Bild heruntergeladen hat, bevor es platziert wird.

Vielen Dank für den Tipp @Callum.
Es scheint an den Cloud Bildern bzw. an einer unzureichenden Internetverbindung zu liegen. Ich habe jetzt einen Ordner mit Fotos direkt auf dem iPad abgelegt. Jetzt funktioniert es. Ich denke jetzt muss ich einmal meine WLAN Stabilität checken....
