walt.farrell Posted May 30 Share Posted May 30 You can already do that in Publisher, for Frame Text and Shape Text, by using the Text Frame panel to specify the Fill and Stroke for the Frame. That panel is not supported in Photo or Designer, though, which may be what you're asking for (as other users have).
