Gianni Becattini Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 I don't remind the whole story but today I am using Affinity that I bought on the Apple Store where I am registered with the same email address as I am here on this forum (maybe that previously I bought it from Affinity). But to activate the beta of Publisher, I had to use an old email address that is going to be deactivated soon. If I try to activate it with the correct email/password, I get an error message. Could you please contact us via affinity@serif.com and let us know either an old Order ID or the other email address so that we are able to look in to this further for you?
