Angel Silverwings Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 I have reinstalled windows and I want to install the products of my affinity universal license that I have already purchased, but I cannot access the personal area of my affinity account with error: Something went wrong, please refresh the page and try again I've already Reset password Quote
walt.farrell Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 You don't need to access your account to redownload them. Try https://affinity.store/update/universal-licence to get the latest release. But I am curious which part of your account you can't access. "Personal" sounds like it might be Account Details, which also isn't needed to download the applications. From your account at https://affinity.store/account you would click on V2 Licenses & Downloads Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. Staff StevenS Posted May 26, 2024 Staff Posted May 26, 2024 Hi @Angel Silverwings, So that we can look in to this further could you please let us know below or via email (affinity@serif.com) which web browsers you used when attempting to sign in to your Affinity Store account, and also the version numbers of those web browsers. Can you also please confirm whether you have any browser plug-ins installed. Angel Silverwings Posted May 28, 2024 Author Posted May 28, 2024 Good morning, I tried to access my account with Chrome and Edge, and the error I mentioned occurred in both cases. I have several plugins installed in both browsers. After reading your response, I tried to log in using incognito mode without plugins and, surprisingly, I was able to access my account. Evidently, the problem lies in one of the installed plugins. I will disable them all and re-enable them one by one to identify which plugin is responsible. Thank you for your help. Quote
