Annabelle Posted May 23, 2024 Posted May 23, 2024 I've been using Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer, and lately, for some reason, when I go to move around the layers, the app will close. Is there a reason or a fix for this? On the bright side though, now I have good 'save-as-you-go' habits. Quote

And application release? Help > About will show that, or you can look in the upper-right of the Account dialog within the application. Staff stokerg Posted May 24, 2024 Staff Posted May 24, 2024 HI @Annabelle, This isn't something I've been able to replicate with my MS Store install of Affinity. Can you try disabling hardware acceleration by clicking Edit>Settings>Performance and untick hardware acceleration at the bottom of this window, close Settings and you'll be asked to restart Affinity. Once restarted, see if you can replicate the issue. Quote
Annabelle Posted May 24, 2024 Author Posted May 24, 2024 @stokerg Oh my wow-that seems to have worked! Thanks so much! Appreciate all the quick help Quote
