Andreas S
I have some pictures in a book with a description in a numbered list. How can I force the numbering to increase from top left to bottom right? The pictures and descriptions are sorted this way on the layer.
Old Bruce
You could use linked text frames for the captions. This means putting all the captions into one text file and then linking them from top left to bottom right. To make it easier use a Paragraph Style with Start in next Frame for the Flow Option Start: Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6 Affinity Designer 2.5.5 | Affinity Photo 2.5.5 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.5 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
MikeTO
Affinity numbers paragraphs that are in separate frames from the bottom of the layer stack. Drag the layers in the Layers panel so that the layer that should be numbered first is on the bottom, then the second, etc. Andreas S 1 Quote Download a free PDF manual for Affinity Publisher 2.5 Download a quick reference chart for Affinity's Special Characters Affinity 2.5 for macOS Sequoia 15.1, MacBook Pro 14" (M1 Pro)
