I assume it should read as 'Global Guardian Group' however I'm immediately drawn reading it as 'Guardian Group Global'. I think if you had 'Global' at the top and then put 'Guardian' on the left, the right way up and 'Group' on the right, the right way up it would read much better but that's just my preference. Other than that it's a solid design and the colour palette is strong.
