walt.farrell
I installed a package of variable fonts from https://github.com/petrvanblokland/TYPETR-Bitcount/tree/main/fonts/ttf/variable (originally mentioned here in the Variable Fonts beta topic) and I've found that several of them (marked below) consistently cause the Affinity applications to hang if I try to scroll over them in the Context Toolbar Font pull-down. With those specific fonts deactivated, I do not have this problem. The others (not marked below) work, though of course they do not show the colors, just black.
