Designer 2.4.2 Bug - Save button/option doesn’t appear on export or on save as

Recommended Posts

I have an issue where when I am trying to export a design in designer 2.4.2 on an iPad the Save button (top right of dialog window) doesn’t appear and I can’t see most of my save locations include but not limited to the iCloud.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

Most times when I've seen something like that, restarting the iPad has been required.

The Locations list in Designer 2.4.2 shows ‘iCloud Drive’ and ‘On My iPad’ here, but the Locations list in your screenshot shows ‘On My iPad’ and ‘Recently Deleted’. How do I add ‘Recently Deleted’? How can you and @Iden add ‘iCloud Drive’?

Clarification,

All apps follow the rules of the file manager with regard to what files or locations are visible.

In order to add options regarding file locations it can be set in the file manager or within Affinity apps when saving a file.

Below is screenshot from file manager, on my iPad mini the screen is squashed so cant see it clearly, but displays same within Designer

I am trying to say that I do have the edit sidebar option - however the choices you show are not shown in edit sidebar for me  when this problem occurs which thankfully it hasn’t cropped up again.
