Otacon
Hi there, last year or so I had to install Photo, Designer and Publisher again, and already had some trouble with the Microsoft Store (was just hard to find the old version). Now I can't even find those programs in my MS Store Library anymore. I wanted to install Photo on my laptop, where Publisher is already installed (and working). I can find the link on the website. When I click on it, it opens the Store app, but there is no download button anymore. I updated Windows recently and it's on the latest update now. So that also can't be the issue. Is there anything that I can do, to use the apps again?
walt.farrell
If you previously purchased Photo (V1) from the Microsoft Store it will still be in your account there. Or if you purchased it from Serif directly, it will be in your Affinity Store account. More information in the FAQ below. If you did not previously purchase one of the V1 applications, you will not be able to do so now as they are no longer for sale. Otacon
I purchased them in the Microsoft Store. But sadly I can't access them anymore (see screenshot). In also can't find them in my library (I unchecked the "only show installed apps option").

walt.farrell
Thanks. And you're certain you didn't purchase from Serif? Have you looked in https://affinity.store/account/downloads to make sure it's not there? Otacon
Ok, after some digging I figured that this is a Windows-Problem. I had to reset the Windows Store App (using this guide: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-store-my-library-does-not-show-any-of-my/adba8e1e-be61-4a75-8469-8d427e46be55) and it restored everything and I can install all the apps now again. But still, thanks for the help StevenS
