Document DPI Scaling Bug

Recommended Posts

I'm unsure whether this is related to the scaling bug originally logged under AF-1288 and AF-1342 or a completely different bug altogether...

Both original bugs are listed as 'fixed by the developers in internal build "2.5.0.2317" by the Affinity Info Bot and appear in the 2.5 Beta Bug Fix List. While it does appear that the text scaling element of the bug has indeed been fixed there are still other issues present though these may be totally unrelated...

Changing the document dpi in v2.5.0 causes positioning and scaling issues with the inline image and table elements of the file which are not present in 2.4.2.

After changing the document dpi simply unpinning an element causes formatting issues not seen with the document's native dpi...

The issue "Changing DPI causes Inline objects to change positioning " (REF: AF-2901) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.5.0.2463".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.

If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Affinity Info Bot to notify us.
