Add-ons Not Appearing in Account

Hello, I recently bought a new PC and re-downloaded Affinity V2 suite.

My account does not show the full list of add-ons I purchased for download.

I searched the forums and found another user with the same problem and attempted using CTRL press and opening the Affinity app to clear my account sync data. Still does not show all my add-ons.

I am wondering if I can have the same forced re-sync from the servers for my store content?

Hi @Mochiand Welcome to the Forums,

I've just pressed the Force Resync button, so if you can now bring up the My Account feature in the app and sign out and back in, do all the addons now show?

Hello there,

I am having the same issue across my apps: Designer, Publisher and Photo.
On top of that, the apps randomly decide not to show some of my installed fonts (the ones I can use on my computer on any typing software)

I have tried to log in and out and synchronise but I still can't seem to be able to fix the issue.

Can you help?

That would be a different problem, as installed fonts (with the exception of special Affinity fonts supplied as .affont files and only usable within Affinity applications) are not handled through the Affinity "Account" processing.
