SuzanneS Posted April 11, 2024 Posted April 11, 2024 After updating my Affinity products, on launching, both Photo and Designer are giving me an installation window with the message "Waiting for content installation tasks to complete". These windows have been running for over two hours now with no sign of the installation completing. There's no way of closing this window and I'm unable to exit either program, so I have to kill them through the task manager. So basically, since updating, my Affinity apps are unusable. Any ideas? Thanks! Suzanne Quote
walt.farrell Posted April 11, 2024 Posted April 11, 2024 It can take a very long time, depending on which items need to be downloaded from the Affinity Store. Once you restart the applications, open Account and you can see what is going on with the Store content.
