Hello, faced with such a problem that did not find how to close the line at any point that does not break the whole composition, (join curves) does not work as it should appear phantom lines that are fixed between themselves in different places. In Figma curves work correctly, I can make a line with a single touch point and the whole object will be whole not as in designer separately.

What are the solutions ?

Thanks!

Welcome to the forums @laagparb

A Curve cannot have a bifurcation; it can only have one start point and one end point, meaning that it cannot ‘split’ anywhere along its length.

As mentioned above, you can Merge Curves to have more than one curve in the same layer but the points on each individual curve in the Curves layer will still behave in the same way as you have seen – each curve will still have just one start point and one end point.

I don’t know how Figma does it but the Affinity applications do it this way.

I've attached a video for demonstration purposes.
The first half of the video is Figma, the second half Designer.
