APECRE8S Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 I purchased affinity designer v1 affinity photo v1 and affinity publisher in 2018. ever since volume 2 was released I am not able to download them again. I am still able to download everything else that was included with the softwares such as the "GRADE UI KIT", "FREE MACRO PACK", "Spray Paint Textures by MiksKS", " Paint Roller Textures by MiksKS", "Ink Stamp Textures by MiksKS", "20 Rain Overlays by Paper Farms" , " 35 Rainbow Overlays by Paper Farms" , "60 Snow Overlays by Paper Farms" , "20 Fog Overlays by Paper Farms". I was very content with these softwares specifically because they give adobe a run for their money but unfortunately I am under the impression that this in intentional so customers will be forced to buy the newer version this is ridiculous and unacceptable. If this issue cannot be resolved I would like to be compensated for the money I WASTED on your softwares.

I've checked your Affinity account and I can see you originally purchased Affinity V1 apps from the Microsoft Store, which is why you are unable to locate a previous purchase alongside your purchased add-ons within your Affinity account. However as outlined in the above FAQ, it's still possible to redownload the V1 apps at no additional cost, from the Microsoft Store. Please follow the steps (or link) in the above FAQ and you should find these apps in your Microsoft Store account. I hope this clears things up
