p_mac
I was experimenting and learning about the zoom filter today putting light rays onto a photo. I have attached a screen shot to show you what the anomaly is. I am wondering why this is happening.
Staff Leigh Posted May 6, 2016 Staff Share Posted May 6, 2016 You could be seeing this issue. It's been logged with our developers to be fixed. Feel free to send me your file so I can take a further look at it :)
p_mac
Thanks Leigh for your response. Yes it does sound like the issue you pointed to. I also noticed that I do not need to be actively using the brush. Just floating the brush over the doc creates these box shadows. By turning the blur off there is no problem. The file is large so please tell me how to get it to you. I was playing around with it and decided to make the blur layer inactive, then use the blur effect on the zoom layer . This actually worked, there were no square shadows being produced while painting on the mask. Strange. I should send you the file where this addition was added to what I discussed above.
