Exact size for primitive shapes or snap to visible objects

I'd like to specify the exact size of some of the cog's parameters, but the context toolbar only allows me to work in percentages. It would be nice if I could enter the size of the object or, when editing, allow me to snap to existing objects so I can make sure they are the exact same size.

Snapping would be nice, but in the meantime, set the Cog width and height to the width and height of the ellipse divided by the Cog's Inner Radius value. e.g., if the ellipse is 100 px and the Inner Radius is 78%, enter 100/.78 into the width or height field - select the Lock icon beside the field to change both at once.
