Hi eduonline,

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

No, there isn't a tool to draw measurements yet. This was already requested a few times and may be added in a future version.

You can configure the nudge distances in Affinity Designer ▸ Preferences, Tools section on the bottom (Nudge Distance and Modifier Nudge Distance - this one is for when you press ⇧ (shift) +  ←→↑↓).

Thanks Meb

Is there a way to put the nudge settings in a tool bar where i can see it

i need to change it often and going all those steps are problem with speed

Nudge settings in tool bar would be a great thing for me.

I change the nudge distance settings a lot and having to do this in preferences over and over again is tedious.

Measurement lines would be very useful as Affinity expands it presence/utility in fields like architecture, signage, engineering, etc. Manually creating them is doable, but tedious and requires multiple steps. Add my bump to add this to the "under development" list. (Or recruit a third party to make a plug-in.)

Thanks!
